STEP 1 - Tell Us About Your Company

To publish your company and list your clinic(s) in the PTLINKED Referral Network, complete the information below. Your company description tells patients/consumers and referral sources a little about your company. This brief introduction can be further customized for each clinic listing when we provide you access to your PTLINKED admin account.

STEP 2 - Identify Your System Administrator

Complete the information below to identify your company's system administrator. This person will have the authority to access your company's PTLINKED admin account to publish/update clinic profiles and add providers.

STEP 3 - List Your Clinic Location(s)

To list your clinic location(s) in the PTLINKED Referral Network, you can add your clinic(s) below by clicking on the Add New Clinic button. If you have several clinics, you can download the Excel spreadsheet, list your clinics, and then email them to support@ptlinked.com. If received via email, your clinic locations will be published in the referral network within 24 hours.

STEP 4 - Add Your Company Logo

Your clinic listing(s) will be branded with your company logo. Use the box below to upload your logo. It’s recommended that your logo is on a transparent background. If you need help, email your logo to support@ptlinked.com and we will upload it for you.
